  AsturiasEuskadiTeam has decided to combine experience with talents. Every young rider who wouldn't be trained is leaving the team and some experienced riders are replacing them. Anyway, AsturiasEuskadiTeam will assure the future with our leader, Nicolas Daroussin, and two talents who will be trained in the next weeks.

  Significa que (si no maxea en general antes), como mínimo va a llegar a 210 puntos en esos tres stast combinados. un Good equivale a 70, Average a 60 y Very Good a 80. 70+60+80=210+. En general se suele decir que cuando se busca un talento en una especialidad, tiene que ser como mínimo 200+.
